What Our Audiences Say...

Snow! A Play About Seasons

We want to thank Bigs & Littles for coming to our preschool to put on a theatre show for our students. It was very entertaining, interactive, and quite comical for the adults as well. Everyone was focused on the show and the children learned about live theatre, proper etiquette, and it was great to hear them think aloud and learn as the show went along! We will certainly have them come again!

Gravy and Moe

"This is a  play that explores the sensitive issue of grief and loss through the eyes of a child. I would highly recommend this play for any child who has experienced a loss.  It was beautifully done". - Kathy Stodalka, Elementary Teacher, St. Philip Fine Arts School

"It shows how to move on and you’re not the only one experiencing grief" - Elementary student

" I was riveted! I also really felt the whole spectrum of emotions that can arise around a loss - Gravy’s death was absolutely heart wrenching and so beautiful. I cried!!" - Adult

"Very artistic and very engaging and satisfying how it all played out." -  Adult

"Just because someone doesn’t speak English, doesn’t mean their anguish isn’t real. Transcends borders." - Adult
Penelope & The New Baby

"Although someone is paying more attention to someone else it doesn’t mean they love that person more." - 6 year old girl

"Penelope had to be a good big sister" - 4 year old boy

"Both kids seemed pretty much enthralled. They were very into the parrot interaction" - Mother

"The moment is nice when Penelope is able to realize baby’s place in the family. When she realizes baby communicates like birdie, it all falls into place. Very nice." - Adult

"Addresses actual questions that kids may have about new additions to the family." - Adult

"Loved the relationships between all characters - Mum & Penelope, Penelope & Bird and how the new addition of the baby affected dynamics in the family." - Adult
